For the sum of £75.00 + VAT + disbursements Starting My Business will act as your accountant and, should your company not trade, we will also submit a set of non-trading accounts to the Inland Revenue and supply a further copy to Companies House together with the preparation of your 363 Annual Return. If your company commences trading then the sum of £75.00 will be credited against your trading accounts plus you will receive an additional Complimentary Credit of £75.00!
Growing Business - For the sum of £500.00 + VAT plus an initial SAGE/Quick Books or equivalent Accountancy System Set-Up Fee of £150 + VAT Starting My Business will maintain your accounts to trial balance, advise on individual tax consequences (if any) and submit copy accounts to Companies House (Duty & Handling charged at £35.00), give quarterly balance sheet updates for up to a maximum of 100 input and output transactions. In addition, CT 600 Corporation Tax Return Forms, Tax Planning Advice, VAT Management and a full range of complimentary accountancy services inc. auditing are also available.
